Make an appointment with Planl
Make an appointment easily with Planl, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Office hours
Examinations of patients by a physician are by appointment only. Patients can easily make an appointment to visit a physician online or contact the assistant by telephone to arrange for an appointment, every weekday from 8:00am-5:00pm. When you make an appointment online, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation then your appointment has not been scheduled.
Referrals
Patients in the Netherlands need a referral letter from a general practitioner in order to visit a medical specialist or receive a medical test at the hospital. It is necessary to bring this referral letter or verwijsbrief to the hospital after making an appointment with a specialist. For some medical test at the hospital, patients can simply walk-in without an appointment. All patients need to bring a referral letter, insurance card and a hospital card for appointments and tests at the hospital. Arrive early for your first appointment at the hospital and you can request for a hospital card to be made at the reception desk.
Did not appear without notice!
No Show! Did not show up by appointment!
It often happens that patients make an appointment and then do not show up for the consultation hour. This wastes unnecessary consultation time. This lost time is particularly at the expense of other patients, who would also like to make an appointment.
If you cannot cancel the appointment, we ask you (preferably 24 hours) to cancel the appointment by calling +31 53-2030204 or emailing assistente@campushuisarts.nl. Another patient can then be scheduled in your place.
What happens if you do not cancel (on time)?
If you do not show up without canceling, you will receive an NVZB note in your medical file (Not appeared without notice). This is visible to all employees in practice. If you do not show up once a year for consultation hours or do not cancel on time with the assistant, we are entitled to declare this appointment to you.
Please note: this bill is not reimbursed by your health insurance and you will have to pay yourself.
The No Show rate is € 25 for a single consultation and € 50 for a double consultation.
We will send you an invoice by post or email. If payment is not made, a collection agency can be called in.
In view of the fact that this no longer happens incidentally, but too regularly, we have been forced to introduce this rule in accordance with national guidelines (LHV, National General Practitioners Association).

Warts are common in the Netherlands, partly due to the wet climate. Our practices offer wart treatment clinics every Tuesday. Patients can make an appointment to receive wart treatments with specialized equipment until the problem is completely resolved.
